Makapu'u Elopement - Oahu, Hawaii

A beautiful beach elopement at Makapu’u on Oahu, Hawaii. From the beautiful tropical flowers and traditional Haku crown for the bride, to the moody ocean hues and clouds that rolled in, this was a beautiful day! The Windward side of Oahu is my favorite for so many reasons, but the breeze there keeps you cool and I love the magic light that happens at sunset. There’s beautiful lava rocks that the waves crash against and then we drive a little further up the coast to take a small hike to one of the most picturesque areas of the windward side of Oahu. The Makapu’u area is so fun to explore and I love it when couples choose to hold their elopement ceremony here!
